These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the wc7x platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or using any service. By using wc7x, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms.
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", "Account Holder") and wc7x (the "Platform", "Operator", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at wc7x.cam. These Terms govern your registration, access to, and use of all services, games, promotions and features available on the wc7x platform.
wc7x is an online entertainment platform providing live casino games, sports betting markets and game-show entertainment. The platform is operated under applicable international licensing context. wc7x does not represent itself as licensed, regulated or approved by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial regulatory body.
By accessing the wc7x platform in any manner — including browsing, registration, depositing funds, or placing any wager — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings set out below:

| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before withdrawals or certain account actions are permitted. |
| "AML" | Anti-Money Laundering — compliance procedures applied to detect and prevent financial crime on the Platform. |
| "Prohibited User" | Any individual who does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 4 of this Agreement. |
Access to and use of the wc7x Platform is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement. Acceptance is deemed to have occurred upon the earliest of the following: (a) completing the registration process; (b) depositing funds into an Account; (c) placing a wager or participating in any game or betting market; or (d) otherwise using any feature of the Platform.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and, where applicable, close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
In order to register and maintain an Account on the wc7x Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
Each individual User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the wc7x Platform. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
You are required to provide accurate, complete and current information at the time of registration. This includes, but is not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a valid contact number. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. wc7x strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — shall be your responsibility. You must notify wc7x support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You must not permit any other individual to access or use your Account. Account sharing is prohibited and may constitute grounds for immediate suspension.
wc7x operates Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with applicable standards. Identity verification is required before processing any withdrawal, and may be required at any point during your use of the Platform at the Operator's discretion.
You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:
Failure to complete KYC verification to the Operator's satisfaction within a reasonable timeframe may result in: suspension of withdrawal rights, restriction of deposit capacity, temporary Account suspension, or permanent Account closure. Any funds held in an unverified Account will be subject to AML review before release.
All financial transactions on the wc7x Platform are subject to the payment methods available in the cashier section of your Account at the time of the transaction. Payment method availability, minimum and maximum transaction limits, and processing timelines are subject to change and are governed by the published cashier information at the time of each transaction.
wc7x may reference familiar Pakistani payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT) as examples of available payment rails. These names are listed for informational context only. wc7x does not claim endorsement, affiliation or gambling support from any of these providers. Actual method availability must be confirmed within the platform cashier.
Transactions may be denominated in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) or other accepted currencies as displayed in the cashier. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are set by the payment processor and may include a conversion fee. wc7x is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
All bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers and other promotional incentives offered by wc7x are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game contribution rates, maximum bet restrictions and cash-out caps. These specific terms are published alongside each individual promotion and form part of this Agreement.
wc7x employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploitation of promotional terms, collusive play, use of restricted betting strategies during bonus activity, and misuse of multiple accounts. Any User found engaging in bonus abuse may have their bonus forfeited, winnings voided and Account suspended.
The following activities are expressly prohibited on the wc7x Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, fund forfeiture and legal action where applicable:
All content on the wc7x Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, software, user interface design, text, graphics, game content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of wc7x or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No intellectual property rights are transferred to Users. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, public display or derivative use of Platform content is prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wc7x, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of wagered funds (beyond the direct amount wagered), reputational damage or business interruption.
wc7x does not warrant that: (a) the Platform will be available at all times without interruption; (b) the Platform will be free from errors, bugs or security vulnerabilities; (c) game outcomes will meet any particular expectation of the User. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
wc7x is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides a range of player-protection tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time-outs, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. These tools are available within Account settings.
If gambling is causing you financial, emotional or social difficulties, we strongly encourage you to make use of available responsible gambling tools and to seek support. Full details of our responsible gambling approach are available on our Responsible Gambling page. wc7x reserves the right to impose account restrictions, including mandatory self-exclusion, where there are reasonable indications of problem gambling behaviour.
wc7x reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification; suspected fraud or money laundering; use of the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction; or any other conduct deemed by the Operator to be contrary to the integrity of the Platform.
Upon Account termination, any real-money balance remaining in a fully verified Account (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via their last verified payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding compliance review. Bonus funds and associated winnings derived from incomplete wagering requirements are forfeited on termination.
Users may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and AML checks on remaining balances.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its applicable licence. The specific governing jurisdiction will be communicated to Users upon request.
In the event of any dispute between a User and wc7x, Users are encouraged to first contact the support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. wc7x will use reasonable efforts to respond within 5 business days. Where an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be referred to the applicable dispute resolution process under the Operator's licence jurisdiction.
wc7x reserves the right to amend, modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, wc7x will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent amendment is indicated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any updates.

wc7x enforces strict 18+ (or higher where jurisdiction requires) age verification through KYC processes. Underage gambling is prohibited and all registration attempts are subject to age validation.
Our AML and KYC procedures protect the platform's integrity and help ensure that winnings are paid to the correct verified individual. Document verification is a non-negotiable requirement before withdrawals.
Wagering requirements, game contribution rates, expiry windows and cash-out caps are all stated clearly alongside each promotion. No impossible-to-find conditions — what you see is what applies.
Responsible gambling obligations are embedded directly into these Terms — not treated as a separate afterthought. Deposit limits, self-exclusion and cooling-off tools are binding platform features.
These Terms are updated when platform features, regulatory context or operating conditions change. The date of the most recent update is prominently displayed and registered Users are notified of material changes.
