At wc7x, gambling is entertainment — and entertainment should never come at the cost of your financial wellbeing, your relationships or your peace of mind. This page explains our 18+ policy, the tools available to help you stay in control, and what to do if gambling stops feeling fun.
wc7x operates a strict adults-only policy. Access to the Platform, registration, deposits and participation in any game or betting market is available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's applicable licence jurisdiction. This is a firm, non-negotiable requirement.
Age verification is conducted as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. All registered Accounts must complete identity verification before withdrawals are permitted, and the Operator reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point during a player's account lifetime.
Being of legal adult age does not, on its own, make gambling lawful in Pakistan. Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 places restrictions on gambling activity. Users in Pakistan are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable local laws before using this Platform. wc7x does not claim authorisation from the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, or any provincial regulatory body. This is not legal advice.
Responsible gambling means approaching betting and casino games as a form of entertainment — not as a way to earn money, solve financial problems or escape from stress. Every game on the wc7x Platform is built on certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer mechanics, meaning outcomes are determined by chance. The house always holds a mathematical edge over the long term.
Gambling can be an enjoyable pastime for the majority of people who engage with it within healthy boundaries. The problem arises when it stops being a choice and becomes a compulsion — when the desire to play overrides judgment about money, time or impact on others. Recognising the difference between recreational gambling and problem gambling is the first and most important step.
For players across Pakistan — whether in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan or Peshawar — the accessibility of mobile-based entertainment platforms can make it easier to lose track of time and money. wc7x builds protective tools directly into the platform to help you maintain boundaries before they become issues, not after.
Responsible gambling is not just about individual willpower — it requires the operator to provide the right environment and tools. wc7x takes that responsibility seriously. The features described on this page are available to all registered Users at no cost and without penalty for using them.
Placing larger or more frequent bets to recover money already lost is one of the clearest warning signs. In the short term it feels like a strategy; over time it amplifies losses, not recovers them.
Losing track of how long you have been playing — especially through the night or during working hours — suggests the activity has moved beyond recreation into something harder to control.
Using money set aside for essential costs — rent, bills, groceries, family obligations — to fund gambling is a serious risk indicator. Gambling should only ever be funded from disposable income.
Hiding gambling activity from family, friends or a partner — or feeling shame about the amount spent or time invested — indicates the activity has entered territory that needs attention.
Using gambling as a coping mechanism for anxiety, stress, loneliness or depression is a significant risk factor. Gambling does not solve underlying problems — and can significantly intensify them.
Repeatedly attempting to cut down or stop gambling and finding yourself unable to do so — despite a genuine intention to stop — is the clearest indicator that professional support is needed.
Set a maximum deposit amount per day, per week or per month to cap your total spending on wc7x. Once a deposit limit is active, the Platform will not accept deposits above that threshold within the selected period. Deposit limits can be reduced immediately; increases require a mandatory waiting period before taking effect.
Illustrative only. Set your own limits in Account Settings.
A loss limit restricts how much you can lose within a defined period — daily, weekly or monthly. When your net losses reach the limit you have set, your account will be restricted from further wagering until the period resets. Like deposit limits, reductions take effect immediately while increases require a cool-down waiting period.
Set a maximum session duration — for example, 30, 60 or 90 minutes — after which the Platform will display a session summary and prompt you to take a break. Session reminders can also be configured to pop up at intervals of your choosing, reminding you how long you have been playing and giving you a natural decision point to continue or stop. Losing track of time is one of the most common early signs of problematic gambling; session limits address this directly.
A cooling-off period temporarily suspends your ability to deposit or place wagers for a set duration — typically 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days or 30 days. This is useful when you feel you need a short break without committing to a full self-exclusion. During a cooling-off period your Account remains accessible for review and support contact, but transactional activity is suspended. Cooling-off periods cannot be cancelled once activated.
In addition to deposit and loss limits, you can set a maximum single-bet or per-round wager amount. This prevents impulsive high-stake decisions in the heat of the moment — such as placing a large single wager on a live cricket match or a high-stakes roulette spin. Wager limits are applied per game round and are enforced automatically by the Platform.
Self-exclusion is the most comprehensive protection tool available. It permanently closes your wc7x Account and blocks re-registration for a minimum period of your choosing — typically 6 months, 1 year, 3 years or permanent (indefinite). During a self-exclusion period, all marketing communications are suppressed, Account access is blocked, and any real-money balance is returned to the verified payment method after a compliance review.
wc7x can send periodic in-session notifications — for example, every 30 minutes — that display a summary of your current session: time elapsed, total wagered, net result and current balance. These are designed as gentle reality anchors during gameplay, giving you factual information to inform whether you continue or stop. Reality checks can be configured within your Account Settings at any time.
If you answer "yes" to two or more of the following questions, it may be worth taking a break, setting new limits, or speaking with a support professional. There are no right or wrong answers — this is for your own reflection only.
Access your wc7x Account using your registered email and password. Enable 2FA if you have not done so already.
Navigate to your Account Settings panel. Look for the "Responsible Gambling" or "Player Protection" section within the settings menu.
Choose from deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, wager limits or cooling-off periods. Enter your chosen amounts in PKR or select a time duration.
Confirm your selection. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a mandatory review period. For self-exclusion, contact support directly.
If you feel that platform tools alone are not enough, professional help is available. The following are examples of responsible gambling support resources. wc7x does not endorse any specific provider and is not affiliated with these organisations — they are listed as general guidance only. Please verify availability and relevance to your jurisdiction independently.
A leading international responsible gambling support organisation offering online counselling, self-help tools and a 24-hour helpline. Widely recognised within the operator licensing context. Access is available online from most countries.
An international peer-support network for individuals with gambling problems, based on a 12-step programme. Online meetings and resources are available globally, including for participants based in South Asia.
Provides free, confidential information, advice and counselling for people affected by gambling. Operates a 24-hour National Gambling Helpline and online chat support in multiple languages.
If gambling is affecting your mental health or finances in Pakistan, qualified psychologists, counsellors and financial advisors are available in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and other major cities. Your GP or a community health worker can provide a referral.
Our own support team handles self-exclusion requests, account restriction queries and responsible gambling concerns 24/7. Contact: [email protected] or via live chat. All requests are confidential.

Decide on a fixed amount you are comfortable losing before you open the app. Whether that is PKR 500 or PKR 5,000, treat it as the cost of entertainment — not as an investment. When it is gone, the session is over.
A loss is a sunk cost — the next bet has no memory of the one before it. Increasing your stakes to "get back" what you lost is one of the fastest ways to turn a small loss into a large one. Accept the result and log off.
Plan in advance which days you will not gamble. Keeping gambling to specific, limited windows — rather than treating it as an always-available background activity — helps maintain a healthy relationship with it.
If you find yourself relying on winnings to cover household expenses or planning gambling sessions as a revenue source, that is a clear signal to reassess. The house edge means gambling is a cost, not a consistent income stream.
Gambling when stressed, upset, fatigued or under the influence of substances significantly impairs judgment and typically leads to higher-risk decisions. Save your play sessions for when you are clear-headed and relaxed.
If gambling is taking up more mental space than it should, talking to a trusted family member or friend — even without going into financial details — can provide an outside perspective that is difficult to see from the inside.
If you want to set limits, take a break or discuss self-exclusion, our team is available right now. You can also review our full Terms & Conditions or return to the homepage to explore the platform at your own pace.
